  • When your practice facilities are not open you should probably tell the people making tee times that they're not open !! so that when they get there an hour earlier to hit balls they know it's close.. when your charging full price people expect all the amenities to be open.. it just really sucks when you can't hit balls before a round it makes it a lot harder and it's just less of an enjoyable experience.. I don't really feel it's that difficult to Simply let your customers know that the range is closed.. the good news is after I called the gentleman incompetent at Spanish Trails they asked me never to come back.. it's very unfortunate that the customer service and Hospitality at Spanish Trails is absolutely horrible.. a little communication goes a long way people
