Worst rental experience ever. Would not honor reservation for a full size car when there was a Chevy impala available. They tried to give me a Chevy Cruze instead- which is several levels down from full-size.
I called their national customer service number and they tried speaking to the franchisee - but he wouldn't budge.
National folks said they will be reimbursing me for upcharge by dishonest franchise.
I get the Impala and it is FILTHY inside. Guy behind counter says I will have to wait longer for someone else to arrive and clean (I've been there an hour already at this point). He could not do it even though there was no one else there.
I requested area supervisor to call me on this......was told he would get the message but no guarantees. Really?
