I found it amazing this morning that I could not call and speak to someone for and answer to a simple question. Went thru all the prompts until it began ringing at the extension I wanted. It rang for probably 30-45 seconds before it said all associates are taking care of customers and then recommended I use the website and email them. This happened at this branch, Village Trails, and 8550 Charleston-same results at each branch. I wonder if they ever heard of using an operator who could tell me all associates are busy, but would be happy to take a message. Poor, poor performance. That's NOT how you run a business.
