  • Long time yelper since before it was even popular, but never felt inclined enough to write a review. Until today... I've been going to this location for years now, as it is right by my house. It is by far the most inconsistent place I've ever been to. You never know what your smoothie is gonna taste like. There are always new employees here, which is probably why none of them know how to make the recipes properly. This to me says something about management. I'm not the type of person to complain and ask someone to remake something, but today I ordered a triple berry oat that was unlike any I have ever ordered in my life. It looked like a single berry oat.. Super light pink and watered down. I don't even taste any oats. Actually, let's just call it single berry no oats having-ass. Wtf! Am I allowed to swear on this? Anyways, I asked the nice employee to remake it as it looked watered down. She obliged, yet when she brought it out again it looked and tasted like the EXACT SAME smoothie. WOW!! At this point, I give up. Unless I go behind the counter and make it myself, it's not gonna be right. From now on, I'm gonna have to drive out of my way to go to the Jones location.
