  • I had a very bad experience with this company. I brought in frames to be fixed which they did to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. Two weeks later the temple popped out. I brought it back in...where the person I dealt with claimed the last time I had been in there was 2 years ago and the temples were original. And they did not do any work for me previously. I did not have my receipt and did not wish to argue so paid them 12.00 for temples. The lady then still wished to make a big point of it...where I told her I did not wish to argue with her. When I got home I found my receipt showing I had been in there 2 weeks earlier and that they did do the work I said. I called them back and asked to talk to the manager. The lady I dealt with answered the phone said she was the manager and that the receipt meant nothing and they would of charged me anyway...no apology. So...be forewarned when dealing with this establishment.
