Our experience with Avella has been terrible. The employees are very nice but they have screwed up everything from the quantity delivered, to the coding for insurance, to resolving overpayment. The most aggravating problem is that (apparently), there is no billing department that can be contacted.....you work with a Pharmacist/Employee???? to answer billing questions that they are unable to answer.
The Pharmacy had asked us to prepay the amount that they said would be our share...which we did. After the insurance paid the contracted amount...getting our overpayment has been an exercise in futility, frustration, anger and exhaustion. I hate this company.
