I understand Stella may have been trying to be helpful but telling me how terrible my eyebrows have been done, how I need electrolysis (which I can't afford clearly, or I would have had it already), how my chin hair is like a man's and how she really can't do that much about any of it during that appointment was extremely rude. I am paying for a service but I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and not at all happy or confident like I had expected to feel after getting a cosmetic service done. In order to get out quickly I did not respond negatively to this service but inside I was stewing. All of this on my lunch, after which I was expected to return to work feeling as though I look unattractive and undesirable. I will not be returning and will definitely be telling others of this experience. Hopefully your competitors offer better service and decency.
