  • Lost packages twice. I had to make more than 10 trips to check for package and finally a new girl in the office told me the mail box were broken into. If the staff Ambler told me sooner, it would have saved me many trips to go look for my packages. People upstair with pitbull (not allowed according to policy). They run the dog all day all night. I had to go to a friend's house to sleep at night. I had a flower pot hanging on the patio, they clean their balcony with chemicals and killed it. Thank God, they move out a month ago. Yes, one pot smoker next door. I don't know how many more. My parking spot were taken many times. I got tired of parking my car out in the sun at far away distance and tried to move heavy stuffs to my place, so I complained with Amber. She was not happy. "What do you want me to do, Lan?" ....She said the car that parked in the wrong space should be towed within 24 hours. I waited 72 hours and taped many warning notices given by Amber and didn't see any towing service coming. I will update when I finish moving at the end of this month (September 30, 2016)
