| - Greeted with less than a smile. They asked what i wanted and i said a dozen donuts then side stepped to the donuts to tell them which ones i wanted. They then asked if i wanted anything else. I stepped back and asked for an iced vanilla latte. She told me the total, and i paid for it. We then stepped to the donuts. I ordered 3 glazed, 3 choc glazed, two cinnamon rolls (she stops me). Those are an up charge, you can't get those. I say, that's fine. She says, but you already paid for it. I say, well that's what my wife wants so i can pay for it. She turns to her co-worker and starts shaking her head with annoyance. She then puts in the two cinnoman roll donuts. I then ask for a blueberry donut, a blue icing donut, a pink icing donut, and i choc sprinkle donut.. She hands me the box and we walk back to the register. I set it down on the counter and she starts fidgiting with the cash register. She calls her coworker over (the one she shook her head at) and that lady takes the controls. After punching in some stuff, she says, we can't do it - We'll have to just take two donuts back. By this time, there's a line. I'm embarrassed and confused. I say well i tried to order my donuts before paying but she wanted to do that first. That's ok, she says, which donuts should i take back? She picks up my box of donuts from the counter and opens them toward me. I say, i guess a choc glazed and reg glazed. She takes them out and literally puts them back with the other donuts. After getting home, i do the calculations and they literally stole money from me by doing that. This is not the first time I've had bad service from this location but, but it's the first time I've been robbed. I will not be back.
