  • Terrible! Will never go back again. Went o get my 3-year-olds pictures taken and the pictures were terrible. They kept getting mad the more pictures I eliminated. I just wanted a variety of cute poses for home and family but they don't allow that unless you pay 800.00. It was ridiculous. So I paid more than I wanted to for only two poses and when I got the pictures back they were crapy and dark and the quality of the picture was terrible. I called and asked if they could develop it lighter because the picture looks like it has a film on it and is very dingy and they said they don't keep the pictures and I'll have to have them retaken. Umm anyone knows that is a pain to have to take the time to scheduled another appointment and go on another day. Plus I feel like I got majorly ripped off. It was my first time going there and my last. Don't waste your time or money go anywhere else. Don't make the mistake I did. The picture quality is crap. I wouldn't have even given it one star but it wouldn't let me give any less.
