  • They mixed up my file with another client and then did nothing but blame some previous staff member - despite the fact that the problem was ongoing. Then they assured me that even though our files were mixed up, they had definitely not mixed up any of the finances or insurance payments - which I find hard to believe and don't know how they know for certain. I am left with a big bill which is completely unitemized, so I am paying for unknown services, to a practice that doesn't even keep its files straight. I am giving this 2 stars because Dr. Ladha was fine and I did have a great hygienist in the past, but as far as their bookkeeping goes, it is sketchy at best, and I won't trust them with my visa card again.
