  • Hands down, most kind, considerate, and genuinely compassionate restaurant experience I have had in a while. Being an Activities Director at a local skilled nursing facility, I employ a great amount of patience and excellence to make my residents' days happy and fulfilling. When I took 10 of them out to Midwood Smokehouse for lunch today, I was greeted with exceptional, highlight on EXCEPTIONAL service. From the servers to hostesses, each of my residents were treated with respect, consideration, and kindness. When employees go out of their way to show others the level of respect that the employees did at this restaurant today, it not only makes the dining experience memorable, but it shows that good people are in every corner of the world and are ready and able to serve others. Thank you to the staff of the Ballantyne Midwood Smokehouse for making our experience phenomenal and for showing our residents the respect they so rightfully deserve!
