  • My repair: I had a leaky pipe connecting to my water softener. I called American Home Shield and they had this company do the service. I received a call from Deanna around 8am Monday 1/15/18 and she scheduled me for the service today (1/17/18) from noon-2pm. She was nice and concise. Jaime was the tech (along with another tech) and he arrived around 2:05pm. I like that I received an email and a text once he was on his way. He arrived and was nice and got to work right away. It took them about 45 minutes - 1 hour for the repair which consisted of cutting out a small piece of drywall, cutting out part of the pipe and replacing it. Once they completed, he showed me a picture of the bad pipe and explained why it was bad and leaking. I then signed off on the repair and they left. I was very skeptical from seeing the bad reviews, but I took a chance and had a good experience. No issues here.
