rev:text	Worse car buying experience of my life. First the a/c in the car stopped working during the test drive. I told them I liked the car but the a/c stopped working. They said it wouldn't be a problem they will recharge it and it would be good to go. It wasn't till after I signed all the documents that they told me they didn't have a mechanic on site and that they would call me to set a appt for me to get the card a/c fixed. No one called after 2 weeks of repeated attempts of calling they finally got me appt to see their mechanic of course the mechanic couldn't fix it. So then they sent me to the ford dealership. So then I find out when they ran the VIN at the dealership that the car was there for the exact same problem but they declined to fix it And just put it back on the sales lot for someone else to buy, which turned out to be me . So I asked to take the car back they said no but they would fix it. So they pay the dealership to pretty much change out the entire a/c system. I get the car back a few days later. Drive the car for a few days and the A/C goes out again. I call ask them to take the car back again they say no again but say they are going to make it right. So this time they keep the car again for a week and finally exactly 30 days after I purchased the car they give it back with a working a/c system. End of story. Nope!! Today Las Vegas was 108 degrees and my wife and 3 small children had to drive 45 min home with no a/c. I call the dealership and what do they say, we can't do anything contact customer Service in UTAH!!!!! Tomorrow. Never never never purchase a vehicle from these people!!!!!
