  • I recently had 12 garments cleaned at this location. When I arrive to pick them up, the gal at the front desk couldn't find them.She searched for a while and finally did. But she came up to me and told me that they counted an extra garment and that I needed to pay the extra. I just blindly trusted her and when ahead and gave her the extra money. She then started counting my clothes and it was a apparent she was confused. I went ahead and grabbed them and put them in my car. I quickly realized that there was not an extra garment and that she just took extra money from me for no reason. It's disappointing when you trust a business and they take your money unfairly. I hope this hasn't happened to a lot of other customers.
