  • I have gone to Nail Tek three different times, the first experience was not terrible, but it has gone down hill from there. The staff is not attentive, they do not speak to you and they are incredibly rough and quick. I have bled from this salon from their carelessness than any other nail salon I have been to. I even went back and showed them my infected cuticles from what they did and the woman put oil on my hand and said "all better." She did not apologize nor did she take me seriously. I mean my cuticles are infected because of this place....you'd think they would at least try and make the situation right. I have had a woman make my feet bleed because she was talking to her coworker and not paying attention..., not to mention wipe the nail brushes on the dirty foot towel before painting my toes.. it's disgusting. I will not be returning and for the sake of your nails, you shouldn't either.
