I have lived in Peoria AZ for 5 years and never got to Thee Pitts but I am happy I did. Ordered the vegetable fried appetizer and it was very fresh, lightly coated, and deeply fried, but not greasy. My wife being a vegetarian for 40 years puts up with me and my appetite for meat so when we go out I want to be sure I get something good and she could find something too. She had the veggie sandwich and it was very fresh. I Ordered the 1/2 rib platter, ribs were very tasty and well seasoned, the sauce was light and vinegary,. Side of beans had surprise bite and were enjoyable. Cole slaw was good. A couple of amber beers and a very satisfying meal. The atmosphere was cutesy and I will go back.
