Good luck trying to reach them by phone. Horrible experience. Was referred by primary care physician. After several calls trying to get through to talk to a person to make an appointment, receptionist said that they needed a paper referral and medical history before talking about and appointment and asked me to fill out paperwork from their website for new patients. Had to call my primary care physician to have them do that. Paperwork is a dozen pages. Spent nearly a half an hour calling, printing and filling out paperwork and faxed, (they don't give an email so you can't scan). Then they did call to say they don't accept new Medicare patients. Why didn't they tell me at the start???? Only answer phone M through Th, if they answer at all.
