  • Where to even begin! We bought a house last year and well.... let's not get started with that but my fiancĂ© decided he wanted to sell our house and buy a new one out of no where. I told him there was no way I was going through all that again, buying and selling at the same time would be too much of a nightmare! He said he had already found a house he liked and knew I would love. I told him he was crazy! Anyway he talked me into going for it and so I text danny (I used to work with him and knew he was in real estate) not thinking we would get very far with this random idea he had. Danny was on it the second I text him about this house and informed me of everything that needed to happen step by step. He came to the house and did measurements, hired a professional photographer at his expense to come take pictures , put out a for sale sign, advertised on social media and sold our house in 8 DAYS!! For the price we listed it at! The second our house sold we put an offer in on the house we wanted negotiated a bit and we just closed today!! Which was two weeks sooner then expected!! I can't even believe how low the stress level was this time around and how smoothly and perfectly everything happened! I would recommend danny to anyone buying or selling their home and want a smooth successful outcome!! We can't thank him enough!
