  • Our Home warranty company, First American, also assigned Just Plumbing Services to replace our water heater. Wow do they have it made, they get paid for lousy work and rude people. The only thing I have to say is, word of mouth is your best seller and no one around our block will call them. The plumber, Doug, first of all was sent to replace a water heater that sits 36" high, by himself. Lifting it was a chore for him. He then managed to tear out the corner bead leaving a MESS!! He then managed to drip soldering flux all over the wall and floor leaving another MESS. My husband asked him about the mess he was leaving and he said his job was only to install the water heater. I can't imagine not having enough pride in your work and company. We then called the company and the manager would not return our calls. After a week of trying everyday we finally got a hold of the manager who was rude and said it was not their job to clean up, In going back and forth with him my husband finally hung up on him.
