  • If you like New American Cuisine, you simply must try Rusconi's. Our party of 8 had nothing but positive things to say about the food, the service, and the atmosphere. We arrived at 5:30 and, thankfully, we had made a reservation, because even on a Monday night, it was very busy. The server was excellent, pacing the meal perfectly and keeping everyone supplied with beverages. We sampled many dishes, from the shrimp and grits appetizer (savored every bite) to the arugula and blue cheese salad (divine) to the burger (huge and juicy) to the bread pudding (pronounced "Perfect!) No one had anything but positive things to say about every dish. And there were so many we didn't try, I can't wait to go back. We were there to catch up as well as eat, but never did we feel rushed even though the restaurant was busy.
