  • A TRUE doggy concierge service. I have tried many daycare/boarding facilities all around Charlotte and hands down Optima Pets takes the cake! They are always flexible with my ever changing schedule and always find a way to fit any and all of my dog care needs in. Whether it's for an afternoon walk while I'm at work or over night care when I'm out of town, I know my little four-legged best fiend is in the best hands and being safely cared for and truly treated like family. I highly recommend their services to anyone that is looking for the best dog care that is out there. Having a place like Optima Pets that is always dependable, flexible, and a place I can truly trust means the world to me!
