rev:text	We haven't had the work done yet, but first impressions say a lot, and our first impression was top notch. Kirk showed up on time, evaluated our ductwork, explained the issues with air flow to my wife, drew a diagram to help explain the issue and the proposed solution, and took the time to speak with me personally on the phone for 20 minutes after-hours to explain our issues and the solution. I am thrilled to have found a reputable, professional contractor with such character and integrity. You'd be hard-pressed to find this level of service anywhere else. You can bet they are my go-to when we are able to do this project and for all future hvac needs. Two thumbs up.
