  • I'm floored and excited that I can get a drip or siphon coffee in Fairview Park! The coffee was great and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. But there's one big problem: they don't serve any milk with their drip coffee, claiming that their coffee doesn't need it. I've been to the top coffee shops in New York -- Stumptown, Blue Bottle, Ninth Street, Mud, Joe -- and they all offer milk for their coffee. Asking people to pay $4 for a cup of coffee and then forcing them to drink it the way you want them to drink it is going to alienate a lot of people. As good as you think your coffee may be, let me be the judge about how to drink it.
