  • I got my makeup done here on Saturday for prom. I had schedule my appointment at 1:30, they said it would only take 45 minutes to get a full face of makeup done. I was suppose to leave around 2:15 allowing me enough time to change for prom. I got there and was waiting for the girl to come get me to do my makeup and she never came around it was 2 o'clock and i still had no makeup on my face. I did not start having makeup applied until 2:30 an hour later after my appointment was schedule, I did not leave ulta until 3:30. had to rush home and change I was extremely late to take prom pictures. Renee did a great job with my makeup though, it was annoying having to wait a whole hour after my appointment schedule.
