  • Okay everyone reading this please hear me out! The enclave at Paradise Valley has come a long way! My boyfriend and I have been here since 2013, and although this apartment complex has gone through the deepest trenches of hell, with bad management and lazy maintenance, there is a shining light at the end! Management has change over and finally gotten it right! The team in the office now are knolageble, understanding, and quick to help! Maintenance although has a lot of pieces to pick up from the last team, is efficient, friendly, and will get the job done! Yes all apartments have work that needs to be done but the new team is working on the parking issues, security, modern upgrades, and rebuilding relationships with the tennents! Great location near transit, food, shopping, golf, and a good area of town! The apartments are good size and come with all the amenities you need including an in unit washer and dryer, business center, new gym, sucirity, and cold ac! It is the best bang for your buck in the area and is pet friendly! The enclave is improving daily becaming a better place to call home!
