  • First-rate customer service. After 4 back-to-back visits within 4 days period, I'm convinced that Ladybug is the friendliest and helpful flower shop I have ever visited. On the first visit, I desperately needed a roll of floral tape to make boutonnières. No other place in town would sell me one. Ladybug Florist not only offered to give me some of the tape, they ordered me a roll and told me that I could pick it up the next day. I was so impressed with the customer service, I returned several more times to purchase some roses and ordered a flower arrangement for a colleague. At each visit, I dealt with a different staff member, each was equally friendly and personable. For their next to perfect customer service, they have earned one more loyal customer.
