  • ABSOLUTE WORST FLORIST IN PHOENIX!!! I ordered flowers online, a day in advance, because I work for the government overseas and I couldn't come in and buy some flowers myself. However, they NEVER called or emailed to tell me that they would not be able to fill my order. Luckily, I called them myself, to make sure that my order was delivered, and I found out at 4:30 in the afternoon that they weren't going to fulfill my order. I asked why they hadn't contacted me earlier in the day to tell me that I had to make other arrangements and the RUDE staff simply said she didn't take the order and there was nothing she could do. I asked why they couldn't make my arrangement and she said they didn't have time to deliver it. Then I asked if there was anything they could do because they are literally 10 minutes from my house, and then she said they were out of roses. Then the staff said she was "willing to cancel" the order. I asked again if she knew of anything else I could do, as it was already late afternoon, and she said again there was nothing that she could do and then simply hung up the phone. Needless to say this is the WORST business and you should NEVER buy flowers from this establishment! There are plenty of other great florists in Phoenix... buy from them... DON'T BUY FROM FLORAL FANTASY!!!
