  • When I first moved to town in January, I tried out all of the pilates and yoga studios in Scottsdale to find my new fitness home. I was so relieved and overjoyed to find SPY. I have been practicing reformer pilates several times a week for seven months now and I have a totally new body. I never thought I could be this strong or in control of my body. My overall health improved dramatically and I already considered myself a health nut! I was practicing yoga and mat pilates in LA just as often, but, I never came close to results like these. Do yourself a favor, try a few classes at SPY. Get to know the incredible instructors, and Stephanie, the world's greatest studio manager, and you will fall in love like the rest of us. The space is beautifully renovated and feels like a spa. The class variety is the best in town. And now they offer classes SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! I believe they are the only studio in town that does this. Classes start at 5:30 am and go until 7:30 pm, so you can certainly find something to fit your schedule. TRX, reformer, barre, yin, vinyasa, roll & restore, arial, balates, they have everything!!!
