The car rental center was nice, the folks at the rental desk were nice too. They were really doing a super hard sell on their many insurance coverages with other renters. I told them No, NO, NOOOO, and NNNOOO. Then we all smiled.
The computers were broken so it took 30 minutes to get them to print my contract. Once I got my contract I was told to go to their lot and find the attendant which was nowhere to be found. Turns out they had one person covering the incoming cars, outgoing cars, and the exit gate. She was great but surely they could have had more people working.
The car so far is OK... it's not as clean as I'd like but it's got 38k miles on it. Oh well, will update this if necessary.
Overall, it's a standard rate airport rental experience.... which overall is not very good.
