  • I wouldn't even give them a one star! I called to get the address and see if this is the closest enterprise to new collision center. He continued to say yes and gave me the address. After driving 20 minutes out of my way I stood there for 15 minutes while he spoke on the phone.. Not even acknowledging me, even after when I called I told him I was in a rush. Completely walked out of that store and went straight to the collision center. So not only did he lie, he wasted my time and made me late for work. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. Never going through enterprise again. The original enterprise that got me the car was on a rainbow Avenue. If you need to get one go there! They actually care and have great customer service
