I'll just put it like this: If Hon-Man goes out of business I'm selling my Honda! After being at their shop about 5 times for various things, they just treat you like a friend or family member. Tait (the owner) has easily saved me from handing over literally thousands of dollars to the dealership. You know you're talking to him because his tone is an honest friend who just happens to be a good (actually good) mechanic. They do a very good job of documenting issues with your vehicle and recommending when they really need to be fixed. I've waited in their shop before with my toddler: He played with toys they had, I used the free wifi, and we both munched on the free snacks they offer. I'm never going anywhere else. This is what happens when you're good at business and when you're good at the business you're in!
