  • At this MAC location, you're basically on your own making choices. The makeup artists there are not helpful at all. When you do ask for help, they act unengaged, unhelpful, and sometimes rude. They would always take your questions, but they would always try giving you the shortest possible answer. Once I took an eyeshadow brush and wanted to see how the "foil" effect looks like as a swatch on my hand. I pick up some eyeshadow and right when I sprayed the MAC Fix+ onto the brush...the MAC makeup artist just comes out of no where and rudely says, "That's not how you do it". I ask her if she would like to show me how do you PROPERLY prepare the makeup brush for foil effect. She tells me that she's busy at the moment and walks away. I was disappointed about the lack of help and decided to just leave the store. I don't think I would return back to this location, unless they had a specific shade/product that other locations were sold out.
