  • Beware of this company. They use deceptive measures to get you to sign up for their services. A tech showed up to my elderly parents' home today claiming to be from our current alarm company and asking for access to the alarm panel to change a chip. Once inside the home, the tech got personal information my dad, called our current alarm company pretending to be my dad, got account and contract information and attempted to cancel our account with our current provider. They tried to make my dad sign a 5 year contract with their company. Please beware. It looks like these folks drive around the neighborhood looking for lawn signs and preying on elderly people who don't understand technology.
