  • Awful experience. They replaced a hot water heater in my home back in Feb, which took a week to do. Then, come to find out through a home inspection for selling my house, that they installed the completely wrong water heater. I am still dealing with them, and my home warranty company, to get this issue fixed. This time around, the SECOND time they are replacing my water heater, it's taken nearly a month already and they still haven't finished the work (citing manufacturing issues). I would avoid this company at all costs.
