rev:text	Full disclosure - did not retain the services of this law firm. This is just a review of my free consultation. At the direction of my doctor, I contacted Mr. Lazzara. Off the bat he peppers me with some questions before even allowing me to explain anything. He never really let me say much of anything at all. After a few minutes he basically tells me I'm screwed (literally) because I did not retain his services immediately after my accident. Wasn't sure I needed a lawyer until just recently and no one (my doctor) told me I should get one right away. I thought I had time to decide and only recently did some info come to light that made me realize a lawyer might be required. Telling me I'm screwed and the way he did it was unprofessional in my opinion, and lacked any compassion in words or tone. Not once did he even show any concern for me as a person. I immediately began to fell defeated and like I was at fault because no one gives you a handbook for how to handle a car accident that WAS NOT my fault. In the end, he asked me to obtain what would amount to hundreds of dollars worth of medical records, then he would look it over and let me know if he felt like taking my case. Really? I was floored at the way he put that. It became apparent that he only wants slam dunks and to not work very hard. This was solidified by his bragging statement of a 95% win rate. Good for you dude...so glad you like easy street, taking a 1/3 of a settlement for that easy work and for helping to keep the public's low opinion of lawyers in tact!
