  • I was in hold and after 39 minutes realized that they closed. This was after saying hold times approx 45 minutes. Called this morning and recording says hold times are 45+ minutes leave your phone number and they will call me back. No return call after about 2 hours. Tried again this afternoon and hold times 45+ minutes leave your number and they'll call you back. 3 hours later....yep no return call. Called back left in hold...poof...they're closed again...horrible
