  • I have been going to Fiesta Mall in Mesa for about 20-years now... I do prefer other Malls, but this place isn't dead just yet. It has had it's ups and downs, though I would argue that it is on the upswing lately. A major renovation is nearing completion (including the parking lot). Nothing too surprising here - Most of the same shops that every mall has. It is smaller than most malls, and sometimes that can be a good thing :) Plenty of interesting businesses encircle the mall. About half of the area shopping plazas are dead (near Southern and Alma School), and the other half thrive... Unfortunately, the general area has been on the decline for years.
