I still don't get it! I'm deaf & I go to yet another Centurylink (Westgate) store & I tell them that my phone issue is not resolved & hasn't been in over 3 months. It had only worked for a half day then the next day back to static but I am not going to shout or yell on the phone anymore because they are claiming they cannot hear me. Of course not I've been telling them other people & other businesses cannot hear me. Duh! HEY, I'M DEAF! Are you ignorant? They do not know how to write in English either, in fact they do not know how to write. I think they are worthless and lazy like my health insurance. They have been lying for nearly 2 years. Since they had relocated the wiring, it has been unresolved. I will not call if I have to shout. My contract ends in 2 months so I am not re-negotiating because they cannot handle resolving the issue they caused. All they want is for me to pay for the mess they continue to make which is no telephone service.
