  • We took the bus Monday, April 12 from Freemont to the Strip. A lady with no pass boarded the bus. When security did a walk through to check passes, this woman failed to produce one. She completely freaked out on security stating she's been riding the bus for 5 years and has never had to show a pass. This woman became extremely upset. She screamed at everyone on the bus and the security officer. After all of us chanting to throw her off, he finally did. This security officer never raised his voice or became hostile with her. As a transit worker in my town, I was so impressed with his patience. Kudos to him! His name is Franciso, we were on the 4:57 bus to the Strip. Seriously.....give this man a raise! He's a wonderful asset to the system. Keep up the great work!
