  • I had booked Junk Quick to remove an old dishwasher from my downtown condo within a two-hour window, between 9am and 11am. After 11:15, and not hearing a word from them, I called to inquire, and they told me that they were running late, and promised arrival within 30 minutes. It's only an hour later that the two junk removal guys arrive, without a word of apology for the delay. After being almost an hour and a half late, based on the tail end of the two-hour window upon which we had initially agreed, they didn't apologise, nor even acknowledge their tardiness, and, furthermore, had the gall to charge me an additional $10 for moving two extra pieces that were sitting right next to the already unplugged dishwasher. Terrible service - avoid, avoid, avoid!
