  • My daughter got her iPhone 5 fixed at the kiosk in arrowhead mall and a week or so later the screen started to come up on the top and left side. When going to get it fixed, the guy said it was a battery problem when there had been no battery problem what so ever before hand. Tried putting on the screen and said it was already not working, continued to put on a new screen in which after had a black spot and he said it was due to the battery.. and didn't do anything about it. Customer service was sub par and was not at all satisfied with my experience and which I could've been refunded. Would not recommend
