  • Not impressed with the customer service aftermath. The person that put in the yard and plants did good. However when I called to find out where the person was that was to come between ten and 2 to investigate why my watering system which was watering 3 to 4 times a day.... no one showed nor called. Also i had to call prior to confirm when they where to come out. I was never notified. They also input my information under the wrong person and they had to check the paper record to confirm i even existed. When I inquired as to where they where at 2:30 I waited a half hour for a response and I was told that they would call back within 5 minutes. I actually had to call then back and guess what went to a voicemail. When they called back they said two other situations came up in the mean time which apparently where more important then mine. So they said they came out and decided it was due to standing water from the rain. Funny thing is one it had not rained in two weeks. Second it was regarding the backyard. I was told they assessed the property, however I have a gate to the back yard which has a lock on it and two i have four dogs that would have alerted me to someone on the property, so clearly they never did come and fed me complete bull. I took the day off specifically to touch basis with them regarding the system yet no one ever showed up nor rang my door bell. I had a flood of water in my backyard unless I turned off the watering system. So now comes the time where I told them I would not be home on Saturday yet they still sent out a crew on Saturday to see what plants needed replacing. My fiance happened to actually be home when they came he told them which plants needed replacing... They returned Monday with new plants while we we're both at work. They replaced a plant with one that was more dead then the one they took out. Left the Gate open to our backyard left dirt on our rocks from up rooting one of the plants and I now don't have a watering drip to one of plants they replaced. They didn't even fully dig enough to fully place the plants in the ground. I have 4 dogs. If my fiance came in from one direction he would have never seen the gate open and would have let the dogs outside to pee and off they would have been down the neighborhood. I emailed these problems with pictures to a customer service Representative and his attitude was not worth a dam. He never even responded to me email I sent with pictures showing him the dead plant that crumbled add I touched it. I also called him at 945 in the morning speaking of what went wrong and have him an email address to reach me since I was not going to be available by phone and I heard nothing. I had to call on my lunch break at 2 to touch basis with him and he had to ask for my email again in order for me to send the pictures because he couldn't bother checking his voicemail. Nor did he reach out to me prior. I work in customer service and I'm very appalled at their work ethnic. Not acceptable.
