I purchased a pedicure for my daughter and I through Groupon when they were offering an extra Groupon discount. When we got our pedicures, the manager/owner insisted we pay for the price difference. I tried to explain to her that my groupon indicated that we were entitled to a pedicure from her salon regardless of what price we paid but she kept insisting that we owed her the difference. I ended up paying but regret that I did.
While in the middle of my pedicure, she insisted that the aesthetician fit in a nail polish change for another client. I told her that I was in a hurry as I had to pick up my son but she would not take no for an answer. The aesthetician was nice but I think she was flustered by the manager/owner and unfortunately did not do a good job on our pedicures. We won't be back.
