| - The worst experience Ive ever had wth a company of any kind! First, my tires. I purchase 4 brand new tires from them. It's been 6 months and I've been back twice for new tires because two of them were bad tires and had to be replaced, and yes they still charged me a fee each time even though it's their product that was the issue. The second time I go back, they ask who put the tire put on my tires lasts I inform them that it was them who did it. They looked surprised and tell me one of my tires was put on incorrectly and all the lug nuts were unusable and it was unsafe for me to drive. I remind you I have a 5 year old. They then fix the issue while still charging me for there mistake! Next, Most recently, my car begins shaking as I'm driving so I pull it into Big O, the closest place. They look at it and tell me I need a this that and this bc my car was acting as if it was over heating. Total was $277, $105 of that was diagnosing, a little much but all good. They told me they drive it for 15 minutes and it was fixed. The very next day I'm on the freeway with my 5 year old in the car at night and my car begins shaking out of control and slowing down just as it did the day before. I get my car towed to Big O where they look at it the next day and tell me it will be another $400 to fix because they were wrong the day before. So basically he's telling me they guessed the day before, fixed something that did not need to be fixed and was not the issue, and now want to charge me more money $400 to fix what they say the real issue is now? Why didn't they see this before? Are they just going to guess and check and send me and my family out on the road until it gets fixed? And get this, I get my car towed to A different auto shop(One I should have gone to from the beginning that fixed my AC years before) right after I decline letting Big O do anything else with my car and they immediately tell me the water pump is perfectly fine!!! Guess and check all you want, but don't keep charging me for fixing things that do not need to be fixed and most important, DO NOT tell your costumer you fixed the issue and send them on the road in an unsafe vehicle with their 5 year old and pregnant wife if you are not certain you fixed the issue!!!! That is TWICE they have send my family and I on our way with an unsafe vehicle to drive, WOW! They need to stick to tires, but apparently they can't even put those on correctly!
