  • This place is like nothing I've seen. The retail shop runs fine but the people working the front desk and handling the clinic are absolutely incompetent. Trying to schedule a follow up with the eye Doctor is all about insurance and their broken processes. I explained 3 times I'm not worried about insurance or going out of pocket, I just need a follow up with the same Doctor I saw 6 months ago after he instructed me to come back for a specific medical reason. The incompetent staff just kept reading off a script about insurance and wouldn't schedule a follow-up. Utter crap experience.
