  • I normally do not leave reviews, but I do understand how important reviews are for customers looking for service so I decided to share my experience. I followed Cachet on Instagram and thought I should check the new location out. My opinion is that the service was mediocre at best and the quality was terrible. You are paying for decor. I will say that the establishment is beautiful compared to the decor of other salons. PROS: nice decor and no wait Cons: everything else. My SNS manicure which cost $60 at Cachet compared to $35 at the shop I normally go to (usually lasts at least 2.5 weeks at my normal shop but I wanted to see what the hype with Cachet was) It did not even last 6 days before it was chipping off. The nail tech was rude and acted like she was in such a rush and I can tell. I've been to the other location ONCE to get a manicure and the gel chipped after 2 days; that location wasn't too far so I went and got it repaired but the South Park location is inconvenient and even though I paid $60 for a manicure that didn't last a week, it's not worth a 25 min drive. The SNS is chipped, broken off on three nails and just looks a mess. I would not recommend or return to this nail salon.
