  • This orthopedic company is not very customer friendly. Very difficult to get a call back and then we were accused of being the problem. And to make it worse they were talking about us when they did not know they were leaving us a message. Very rude and not good customer service levels. And they argued with my wife about how her first appointment went and who saw her. It was a mess, don't go here.
