  • Authentic! I wanted to test this place with my mother in law who is from north Vietnam. The beef bone broth is delicious and does not make you feel so thirsty after you drink it. The noodle is higher quality and very silky. The meat (rare beef) is a good cut and very tender. The fresh roast bubble coffee was great too. I redeemed for a free skewer and asked for s shrimp one. It was very flavourful. Will come back again. Owner is from north Vietnam.
