I usually order the stuffed paneer or butter chicken or lamb lollipops, which are all fantastic, but recently I decided to branch out and got the beef short ribs. They were so tender, I literally cut them with a spoon. Incredibly tasty, I almost had the leftovers for breakfast the next day. They come with a generous portion of braising liquid, which is tomato-based? and has the most lovely spicing. It's not too spicy, just a warm heat that grows over time. The food is on the expensive side, but the portions are fairly large and the flavours are more complex/unusual? than all other Indian food I've had. Up their with my favourite restaurants!
